CASHBACK PROMOTION — TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Evry Jewels Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”) is available for a limited time and ends August 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

1. ELIGIBILITY
   To participate, customers must place a qualifying order on EvryJewels.com during the Promotion period and use promo code CASHBACK at checkout. Orders placed without code CASHBACK will not qualify retroactively.
2. 50% CASHBACK REWARD
   Qualifying customers will receive a promotional Evry Jewels gift card equal to 50% of the eligible net merchandise subtotal of their qualifying order.

For purposes of this Promotion, the eligible net merchandise subtotal means the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

Example:
$50 eligible net merchandise subtotal = $25 gift card
$100 eligible net merchandise subtotal = $50 gift card

There is no minimum or maximum qualifying spend.

“Cashback” refers to the promotional gift card described above and is not a cash refund or cash payment.

3. GIFT CARD DELIVERY
   Promotional gift cards will be sent by email on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM ET to the email address associated with the qualifying order.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout.

4. EXPIRATION
   Promotional gift cards are scheduled to expire 60 days after delivery, where permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law prohibits or restricts such expiration, the legally required expiration period or other applicable legal requirements will apply.
5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS
   Evry Jewels reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to adjust, cancel, or invalidate a promotional gift card where the qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise reversed, in whole or in part.
6. REDEMPTION
   Promotional gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at EvryJewels.com. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
7. PROMOTION CODE
   Code CASHBACK must be successfully applied to the qualifying order at checkout. The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed without the code.
8. FRAUD & ABUSE
   Orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation of the Promotion, duplicate or unauthorized transactions, or other activity intended to circumvent these Terms may be disqualified, subject to applicable law.
9. GENERAL
   This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Evry Jewels may correct technical or administrative errors and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and Evry Jewels’ general website terms and policies.

TIMING
The EVRY Jewels x Glow Recipe Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01AM ET on July 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM ET on August 9, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must:

• Follow @evryjewels on Instagram and TikTok
• Like the giveaway post
• Tag a friend in the comments (each additional tag = one additional entry)
• Bonus entry: repost the giveaway post to their Instagram story

PRIZE
One grand prize winner will receive a Glow Recipe x EVRY Jewels Prize Bundle (approximate retail value $225 USD) including the following items:

• Glow Recipe Fruit Babies (2026)
• Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Dew Drops

No transfer, or cash or other substitution of prizes allowed except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value where circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor make it necessary to do so. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any winner or potential winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize prize as described herein. Prize consists only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize once in winner's possession.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be selected in a computerized random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The prize drawing will be conducted on or about August 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
