Evry Jewels "$500 Weekly App Download Giveaway" – Official Rules

Eligibility:

The "$500 Weekly App Download Giveaway" is open to individuals worldwide. Employees of Evry Jewels, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins immediately and will continue on a weekly basis until further notice. Each weekly entry period starts on Saturday at 12:00 AM EST and ends on Friday at 11:59 PM EST. A new winner will be selected and announced every Friday.

How to Enter:

There are two ways to enter:

1. App Download Entry :

Download the Evry Jewels mobile app and create an account during the current weekly giveaway period. Each unique app account created qualifies as one (1) entry into that week’s draw.

Winner Selection & Notification:

One (1) winner will be selected at random each Friday from all eligible entries received during the current weekly period. The winner will be contacted by Brittany via email or social media. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:

Each weekly winner will receive $500 USD. The prize will be delivered via bank transfer, PayPal, or another method agreed upon by both parties. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made except at Evry Jewels’ discretion.

Tax Disclaimer:

Winners are responsible for any tax obligations associated with the prize. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

General Conditions:

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Evry Jewels, which are final. Evry Jewels reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or rule violations, and may cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.

Limitation of Liability:

Evry Jewels is not liable for any technical failures, entry errors, or damages incurred by participants during entry.

Privacy:

Participant information is collected in accordance with the Evry Jewels Privacy Policy and may be used to administer the giveaway or for promotional communications.

Disputes:

All disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions) in a court located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, under the laws of the Province of Quebec.

• Entries must be received by the giveaway deadline. Late, illegible, incomplete, or damaged entries will not be considered.
• Only one entry per person per giveaway is permitted.
• Evry Jewels is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, stolen, or damaged mail.

• The selected winner will be contacted first via email, followed by a phone call from an official Evry Jewels representative.
  
  
• By entering the giveaway, you grant Evry Jewels permission to use your name, likeness, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes, including on social media platforms, without additional compensation—unless prohibited by law. The winner’s photo may be featured across all Evry Jewels marketing and promotional channels.
  
  
• The giveaway is open to individuals of all ages. However, entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter. If a minor is selected as the winner, a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize on their behalf and sign any required consent or release forms. Failure to provide proper documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

By submitting an entry—whether paid or free—you acknowledge and agree to comply with all official giveaway rules and regulations. Evry Jewels reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or select a new winner if the original winner fails to meet any eligibility, verification, or compliance requirements.
