This quality promise covers the value paid at the time of purchase for items that are defective/tarnished/damaged items. It does not cover issues related to lost items aka your dog eating your jewelry ;). To claim your warranty, please email us at: support@evryjewels.com and include the following:
1. Order number
2. Picture of item
3. Description of Issue
