Jewelry has been a family specialty for 4 generations. As much as we stand behind our jewelry, we also stand behind our customers.
If your piece(s) arrives broken/defected please contact us the same day of delivery and provide us with the following:
- Order number as the subject
- Brief description of the issue
- Photos of issue
This warranty is limited to 14 days, and our product care specialist will assess.
