Cancellations/Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing it. 

We do not accept cancellations/refunds.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 15 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you. Additionally, if an item(s) is missing in your order, we will re-ship it to you. If an item(s) happens to be out of stock, we will issue you a store credit.

To qualify for a replacement, email us with the following information:

  1. Order number as the subject
  2. Brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the issue

Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage OR if an item(s) is missing in your order. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
